As we navigate the global COVID-19 crisis, it is important to know that God our Restorer is able to restore our joy, peace, health and wealth by His mighty power.

But beyond that, God is also able to make things become even better than they were before the COVID-19 pandemic.

The end of a matter is better than its beginning, and patience is better than pride. Ecclesiastes 7:8 NIV

COVID-19 has brought about not just sickness and death, but financial crisis to some businesses and a loss or reduction of livelihood to some individuals.

COVID-19 has also brought pain, grief, discomfort, confusion, fear and despair to lots of people.

The Storm will end and God will restore us

However, we should take comfort in knowing that the storm will soon be over, and God will not only restore our lives, but He will make things better.

God of the Heavenly Armies, restore us and show your favor, so we may be delivered. Psalms 80:7 ISV

This song, “I believe” by James Fortune (FIYA) helps drive home the message that the storm will soon be over and everything will be alright. I hope it encourages you.

In case you are dealing with the grief of losing a colleague, family member or loved one, God will help you get through it.

If you are sick, God will bring you through it and restore health to you.

Perhaps you lost your job? God will help you find something better and more enjoyable.

If your business is struggling, God will help rebuild your business, and give you a great idea that will help you move forward and do better.

All you have to do is trust and believe that God’s got you and things will get better.

“In that day I will restore the fallen tent of David. I will repair its gaps, restore its ruins, and rebuild it as in the days of old, Amos 9:11

Your perpetual ruins will be rebuilt; you will re-establish the ancient foundations. You will be called, ‘The one who repairs broken walls, the one who makes the streets inhabitable again.’ Isaiah 58:12
